Shipping Information 

Calledora S.r.l.s. ships worldwide via FedEx courier.

As required by trade regulations, all shipments from calledoravenezia.com are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euros.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE A LOWER VALUE THAN THE OFFICIAL ONE OR TO MARK ITEMS AS GIFTS.


Delivery Time

Orders are shipped by Calledora S.r.l.s. from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning.


Shipment Tracking

In case of delays caused by customs authorities, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by Calledora S.r.l.s.


Authorized Shipment Delivery

Upon delivery, customers are kindly asked to carefully inspect the package before signing the proof of delivery. Packages from Calledora S.r.l.s. are securely sealed with adhesive tape wrapped around the parcel.

If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with or the tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign the delivery receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery.

If the shipment is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, customers are asked to immediately report the issue to the courier and contact Calledora S.r.l.s. at info@calledoravenezia.com.

If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These costs will be deducted from any refund due to the customer by Calledora S.r.l.s.


Order Delivery

All customers who place an order enter into a commercial relationship with Calledora S.r.l.s. and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package.

If, for any reason, the customer refuses the shipment or requests its return to the sender, any shipping costs incurred by Calledora S.r.l.s. will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
