Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified before shipment. Please note that it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an order that has already been placed.
Can I return a customized item?
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for customized product orders.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased on the Website may be returned within 14 days. You must inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 14 days from the day the product(s) came into your physical possession (or that of a third party other than the courier you designated).
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were sent and must include all original tags. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed.
If products appear damaged due to excessive use, we reserve the right to return the item to the sender at their expense.
To return your watches, carefully wrap them in the original Calledora box to avoid damage during shipment. When examining the product, please be careful not to scratch or mark it.

How do I return an item?
Returning your item is easy:

Contact the Calledora Customer Care Team by writing to info@calledoravenezia.com or by filling out the form on the Contact page of the website to request a return.

Once your return is approved, pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed.

Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Apply this label to the sealed package.

Once the returned products are received and inspected at our collection center, you will be notified.
NOTE: To return your watches, wrap them carefully in the original Calledora box to avoid damage during shipment. When examining your item, be careful not to scratch or mark it. Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for customized product orders.
Please ensure you do not include returns from different orders in the same package to guarantee the fastest possible refund. Each order you wish to return must be packaged separately for smooth and efficient processing.
Refunds for returned items will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 8–10 business days to appear on your statement after our collection center has confirmed acceptance of the return.
Please note that if the return is shipped from a non‑EU country, any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the original amount paid.
Where is my refund?
Please note that we have up to 30 days to complete the refund from the day we receive the return at our collection center. We will do our best to refund you as quickly as possible within this timeframe.
Refunds to credit cards or PayPal accounts typically require up to 10 days from the moment we receive the return at our collection center.
If the payment was made using both a gift card and a credit card, the refund will be issued to the gift card first. Refunds for returned items will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds usually take 8–10 business days to appear on your statement after our collection center has notified you of the acceptance of the return.

Can I receive a voucher instead of a refund?
In the event of a return, you may choose between a refund, an exchange, or a voucher.
Will I receive a refund for the full value of my order?
The refund will be issued according to the payment method used for the order. Please note that if the return is shipped from a non‑EU country, any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the original amount paid.
How can I exchange my order?
Exchanging your item(s) with us is simple:

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Every order shipped from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
Before accepting delivery, please inspect the package and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
It is normal for the cardboard box to show some signs of wear; however, if the damage is significant, please proceed as follows:

If the damage is minor, accept the package but note the damage on the delivery receipt, sign it, and date it.

If the box appears severely damaged, you may refuse the order.

Please have your order number, item number, and tracking number ready (all included in your shipping confirmation email), along with your email address and phone number.
Your damaged item will be accepted as a return and will be replaced or refunded.
Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label. You will be able to select the reason for the return directly in the return form.
Apply the label to the sealed package. Once your returned item is received and inspected at our collection center, you will be notified.
Can you provide a prepaid return label from a courier other than FedEx?
Unfortunately, we can only provide prepaid return labels via FedEx. If you wish to return the item using a courier other than FedEx, the shipping costs will be at your expense. Please provide us with the tracking number to ensure proper receipt at our warehouse upon delivery.

We ship worldwide using FedEx. For in‑stock items, orders are generally processed and shipped within:

Pre‑orders
For pre‑order items, shipping times differ and are clearly indicated on the product page. Please note that pre‑order deliveries may take longer depending on production and availability.
Shipping Costs

Italy: Free shipping for orders over €99. For orders under €99, shipping costs €7.

EU: Free shipping for orders over €99. For orders under €99, shipping costs €15.

Non‑EU: Free shipping for orders over $120. For orders under $120, shipping costs $17.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Issues
If a shipment is delayed or a courier is unable to deliver, we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, local holidays, or courier disruptions.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment directly with the courier.
